Great experience dealing with Lonnie. The entire time I was there the staff was polite, courteous and the office woman Rosie was very easy to work with. For being a non chain store they deliver excellent customer service with competitive pricing. I have an older truck [2001] and it eats tires so I've dealt with a few places just this past 6 months 3 separate ones and by far American Tire beats them all. I'd recommend them to anybody in need of great fast and affordable service.

Customer for life. Really needed tires and called virtually everywhere there was in our area. But Chris was the only manager to call me back. He made sure we found affordable tires so I could drive safely with my kids in the car. I was in and out the same day and I feel so Blessed by the entire experience. Thank you to Chris and American Tire Exchange for taking great care of us.

After calling 10 or 15 other used tire places these guys had one for me. I was confused about where to park or pull up to but in the end I figured it out and only ended up spending $40 for the tire, mounted & balanced on the rim I brought in.
